Steam deck: Valve issues exclusively

Although the pre-ordered unfortunately have to be patient until the next year before they finally can keep their copy of the Steam Deck in his hands (we reported). But of course, there are still some questions to clarify until the release. One was made relatively common by Gamer in the recent past: Will there be exclusive games for the handheld?

The answer delivers Valve in an actually specially designed FAQ section on the official website. There is a clear answer to find that certainly no further explanation requires:

Is Valve interested in exclusive titles for the Steam Deck? No. We do not see anything in it. It is a PC, and it should play games like a PC.

In this way, Valve not only realizes that there will be no exclusive games for Steam Deck. At the same time, it becomes clear that the manufacturers make the handheld system and classic PCs on the same level and make no differences in terms of their priorities — both systems are equal.
