How to download external Steam Cloud files
External Steam Cloud files can be found on the Steam website. Just go to the link that opens the remote storage page on the Steam website. You can see the games you played, the number of files you saved and the total size of the files. You can download these files from here if you need this.
On the right side of the above page you can see the "Show files" option in the column. If you click on it, a new page with a download link is opened on the right side of the line. If you click on it, you can download the file to your local device. If any kind of stored data has been damaged, this may be the best way to restore your game progress when it has been saved in the cloud. Various games work differently on the Steam Cloud.
