Even after the transition to the general order type, if the order volume exceeds production and processing ability, it will be converted to a pre-order system for a limited time. For example, if the demand for 512 GB models increases rapidly, if the production does not follow it, only the model is changed to a temporary pre-order method, and other models can be purchased immediately.

Valve also announced the sale of Steam Deck general sales and talked about pre-sales in Korea, Taiwan, Japan, and Hong Kong. It is said that pre-orders could be made in areas that were not sold in the past because of sufficient volume.

Unlike Sales Bureau, sales of four countries, including Korea, are still made of pre-order. However, as the valve officially mentioned the secure volume, it is also possible to expect that the delivery schedule will be released as soon as possible. Valve started ordering for four countries through Komodo in August and has not yet disclosed the exact order delivery schedule.

Meanwhile, Valve said that docking stations that were not sold even after the official release of Steam Deck could be purchased immediately. The docking station is a peripheral that helps you play the game in the form of an installation by supporting TV connections similar to the Nintendo Switch. The device includes three USB-C power ports, including three USB-A ports, display ports, HDMI ports, and gigabit Ethernet ports.

The docking station is also available immediately, and if the order volume is too high as the steam deck, it will be converted to a pre-order method.

Meanwhile, Valve also introduced various software updates along with the support of Korean keyboards. UI/UX has been improved, such as the addition of a quick link to the challenge with the software update and the reservation of night mode, and the mode conversion support and the input virtual menu are also reorganized.

Steam Deck, which started selling in the United States in February, has received high attention from fans at a lower price than other Umps with great game execution ability through Linux-based Steam OS.
